Do you sometimes eat really messy when no ones looking? have a really loud laugh? Just tie your hair up/leave it loose without having a comb through it for days(like I do)? or bite your nails for no reason at all, except that all these things come so naturally to you and truly make you who you are? That's great because you don't really care what people think because you aren't and never will be in their mind to see what they really think so who does care anyway?pffft.
A good friend once said: "Some people go around the world meeting people and trying to be like other's having never met themselves". Ever find yourself spending so much time with someone you start to talk like them?dress like them? even adopt their bad habits? STOP IT RIGHT NOW, because that's not very smart.
Embracing individuality has not come in a better form than in being a human being (a fashionable human being at that). We all have our different ways of embracing and showcasing our individuality and mine is through fashion (you guessed it) and many other things, but fashion being my main form of expression.
Below are a few pictures I've reblogged from my favorite blogs, Fashionfever, Cupcake Couture, Miss Milli, The Sartorialsit and The Mr.Price blog; all of which have inspired me and encourage me to keep on being loud and proud about ME (and my dress sense):)
I have a new found love for bow ties ("kitty bows" like my mom would call em)
A blazer adds that tot of class to any ensemble, loving this green and neutral combo with a dash of floral
Love the casual pop of colour
This is a winner, from the floppy hat to the leopard print and printed tee, anyone for some effortless style huh?
This is what everyday wear looks like-effortlessly stylish
Loving the cut of this dress, the print and the heeled veldskoene-clever
